Managing Your Subscription

Standard & Premium Members

Easily view and manage your subscription settings in your account. Whether you need to upgrade, downgrade, or review your billing details, this guide will walk you through the steps to update your subscription hassle-free.

Here’s how to view and update your subscription:


1. Log into your account and navigate to My Account through the menu: My Sparkles > My Account.

2. Click on Subscriptions in the submenu on the left.

3. You will see a list of your active subscriptions. Click View next to a subscription to see all details.

Subscription Details Overview

In the detailed view, you'll find different sections:

  • Current Subscription Details: Displays your active plan with an option to Cancel.

  • Subscription Totals: Shows pricing details with an option to Upgrade or Downgrade.

  • Related Orders: Provides access to past transactions with an option to View Order & Invoice.

  • Billing Address: Displays the billing address used for this subscription.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription

If you want to switch from a Standard to a Premium plan, for example:


4. Click on Up- or Downgrade.

5. On the next page, choose a plan that is higher than your current subscription (e.g. Premium (Monthly)).


6. Click Switch Subscription.

7. You will be taken to Checkout—follow the on-screen instructions to finalise the change.
