Missing a billing currency? Here’s How to Request an Addition

You can choose from over 20 global currencies for your Public Page under ‘Your Offers & Services’ > ‘Currency’.


Note: This same list is used for currency selection in the product, publication, and event sections.

If you can’t find your currency on the list, follow these steps to request its addition for consideration:

  1. Navigate to Contact Us through the menu: Mighty Help > Contact Us.

  2. There, you’ll find a contact form. Start by entering your name and email address.

  3. Next, select the paid plan you purchased.

  4. Under ‘Select the topic of your request’, choose ‘I want to request new fields & options for my Creator page.’

5. A new drop-down will appear, choose ‘I’d like to request an additional currency.’

6. In the ‘Your Questions / Comments’ field, please specify the currency you’d like to add and explain why it should be included.


7. Finally, click the Submit button.


8. We will then evaluate your request. Please note that individual status updates are not provided. Some additions may be prioritized, others scheduled for later, and some may not be considered. New fields & options for public pages will be announced in our newsletter—stay tuned!
