Messaging Other Members Privately

Want to chat privately with other members? You can send direct messages to stay in touch. Follow these simple steps to start a conversation.
1. Log into your account and navigate to My Member Profile through the menu: My Sparkles > My Member Profile.
2. Click on the Members tab. Here, you can browse the list or search for a specific member.
4. If a member allows private messages from everyone (this can be adjusted in the My Account > Privacy Settings), their profile will display a Message button.
5. If they only accept messages from Friends, the Message button will appear only for those in their friend list.
6. Click the Message button.
7. A pop-up will appear where you can type your message.
8. Click Send Message to send it. The member will be notified and can respond when they are online.
You can find your ongoing chats in the Messages tab on your Member’s Profile.
